I want to give five star review to Waco and Richard at Dallas Dodge. My husband and I had a transmission issue happen to our Ram Pro master. Somehow water got into the transmission and we did not extend our warranty so the repair for about 10,000 was not covered at all. I did try to get our insurance to pay for it but they denied the claim. Waco helped try to work out different solutions to help us. I was not able to utilize any of the good ideas. Even though they had already bought three Pro Masters that month and did not need to make that purchase especially at the end of the month, they did purchase our Van at an incredible fair deal. These people that work at the Dallas Dodge are not just used car sales men, They are really nice people that do care about their customers. Thank you Waco and Richard for caring about our problem.
