Michael was a great salesman. He was very patient, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The negotiation process was upfront and simple, the value I got for my trade-in was better than expected, and going through the financing process was pretty simple. The sales manager, Chris, was incredibly accommodating as well. Can’t wait to buy my next Volkswagen. 😉
